Case # - H2200012020
On 9-5-23, the pictured couple shopped for over $400 in merchandise at the Havertown “Kid to Kid” consignment store. For payment, the clerk allowed the male to manually key in multiple card numbers, the first two of which were declined. The third attempted transaction went through. The male entered the name of “Justin Small” or “Justin Smalls” for the transactions. After the couple left the store, an actual account holder called from Florida after receiving an alert from her bank concerning the use of her card information. She has no connection to a Justin Small or Smalls, and is unsure how her card information was compromised.
