We are writing to share several important updates regarding the comprehensive revision of the Haverford Township Zoning Ordinance.
Website Updates to Clarify Process and Resources
As we move forward, we want to ensure everyone understands where we are in the process.
We have recently updated the project website to provide a clearer look at our two-phase approach and the public engagement process. Please review the About page(opens in a new tab) to understand the full process and engagement plan. We have also added the Frequently Asked Questions(opens in a new tab) about the current draft documents to the website.
We are currently working on Phase 1 Reformatting & Initial Updates. This work focuses on technical reformatting, updated definitions, and improving the usability of the document. Save the Date: June 11th Planning Commission Meeting
In response to public request, the Planning Commission has scheduled a third meeting to discuss potential changes to the re-organization. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss substantive comments from residents, business owners, and stakeholders. We strongly encourage you to submit comments and questions in advance of the meeting to: info@haverfordzoning.com.
